Roy Paul joined the board of Flyingbow in November of 2010 and served until late 2015. He continues to be the leader of Prayer Partnerships with Flyingbow. He enjoyed a great career as a Research Scientist with Johnson & Johnson’s McNeil Consumer Healthcare group for 25 years and retired early in 2007.
Roy brings extensive board experience as he has served on the board of the Toronto Section of the Chemical Institute of Canada, the Canadian Society for Chemical Technology, and the Custance Centre for Science and Christianity. He graduated magna cum laude from Heritage Theological Seminary, with a Master of Theological Studies, in April of 2016. Roy is a member of the Evangelical Theological Society and a Fellow of the Andrew Fuller Institute. In his spare time he also previously assisted Trevor teaching the Gateway String Orchestra at Gateway Public School – a local Flyingbow outreach project. Roy and his wife Margaret reside in Guelph and attend Grandview Baptist Church.
